living near the ocean

this summer, i have resolved to spend as much time as possible enjoying living near the water.  i have lived in st augustine for almost 9 years (really?!) and sometimes i forget that we live mere miles from the atlantic.  not this summer, though.  this year, there will be beach mornings, picnics at the pier, and after dinner beach walks.

i think we are off to a pretty good start.
