i'd forgotten how satisfying it is to make bread. there is something about it that grounds me, almost like i am kneading stress away while i work. as a bonus, it turns out gabe really likes to make bread too (or if nothing else, he likes to eat bread dough). will have to remember this more often and try to make this a part of our weekly rhythm.

We have only made bread once but Sophie loves to help me make pizza at least once a week. Sophie is SO excited to play with Gabe this weekend.
