hair blowin' in the wind

today, gabe and i went to the beach. i just wanted to sit and enjoy the nice weather. but when we got there, the sand was still wet from high tide, so i stripped gabe down to his diaper so that he would have dry clothes to drive home in. we sat for awhile, and gabe chattered at everyone that we saw, and laughed at the dogs and had an all around great time. then i spied a little tide pool that looked like it was just right for gabe to play in. since he was already sandy, i figured that it wouldnt hurt to let him have a little fun. he loved it! now that he can sit up, he really enjoys everything more, and he thought that sitting in the water while it moved slowly around him was so great! he also really loved that his hair was blowing in the wind! we had a really fun time.
