he's almost got it

this is how gabe spends a great portion of his time these days. he is so close to crawling, i really thought that he would have it this week. but it seems that he will need a little time to work it all out. so for now, he is happy to rock. also, it will be important for him to learn to look up so that he doesn't continue to run into everything in his path. really, i can't believe that my little boy is about to be mobile! (although, these days, i suppose you could say he is pretty mobile, because he can scoot on his belly just about anywhere he wants)
