yesterday morning, gabe and i went with allison and her kids (gabby, matthew, and alex) to costco in jacksonville. we made a morning of it, first taking matthew to gymboree, then going to costco and picking up lunch at chick-fil-a on the way home. allison's two oldest children were such a hit with gabe. he laughed all day, and i told gabby that she should just come home with me and entertain gabe. it was so fun to spend a morning out, and i always love spending time with other mothers and learning from them.
later, steve, gabe and i went to the library to check out some books and movies. while we were there, i could not resist going to the park next door and letting gabe have his first experience with a real swing. i think that steve and i had more fun with it than he did, but it was worth it because he just looked so cute!
