my social butterfly

gabe had a big day today. it started with a trip to the dog park. mordy and bimini were thrilled to visit their favorite place on earth for the first time in a very long time. it was really early, so there were no other dogs there at first, which didnt bother them a bit because they just love to go and run. eventually, though, another dog did show up, and that is when gabe went from bored to thrilled. he loved watching the three dogs play together, and had a great time!


later, dana and her two girls, arden and esther, picked me and gabe up and we all went to allison's house to hang out and have lunch. gabe hasnt quite figured out what to do with other babies yet, so he got more of a kick out of playing in the exersaucer than anything else. but it was a nice time for me to get some grown-up conversation in.


we had such a fun day today, and gabe and i both crashed after we got home. a huge storm came woke me up, but gabe just slept right through the whole thing, thunder and all.
