sew inspired!

i have been spending too much time lately on craft and sewing websites. the last few days, i have been itching to sew something, so today, i sat down to work on a project. it was inspired by this really cute first aid kit idea that i found on this blog.

i made a little case for a container of travel wipes and a couple of disposable diapers. i thought that it would be really good for times when i dont want or need to lug around a giant diaper bag. i can just slip the little carrier into my bag and go. mostly, i just wanted to sew something to see if i could, but i think that i might actually use this one. i just need to buy some snaps so that i can close it tightly. sometimes it is just so fun to create something!
