i am not someone who prides myself i my ability to sew. i have owned a sewing machine for quite some time, but until now, have neglected to actually use it for something worthwhile. a few weeks ago, i got it in my head that i wanted a sling to carry gabe in but that i did not want to pay the money to buy one. thus began my journey into the wonderful world of sling creation. it took me many hours, but it is the best finished product that my sewing machine has ever seen. i am posting a picture of me using it to carry a sleeping gabe. i love it and use it all the time now! yay for making something that works!
