baby mullet!

well, it has been a very eventful week for us. i took gabe to the pediatrician on monday because he had what appeared to be a really bad rash on his face. turns out, he has eczema, which is really just exceptionally dry skin. and after our visit to the doctor, it spread to his stomach, back, legs and arms. so, we have spent the entire week slathering on all of these lotions that make him super sticky, but it is finally paying off. he looks much better now, and hopefully we can keep it under control from now on and not see any more outbreaks.
on another note, while his hair seems to be thinning slightly in the front, the back has been growing very fast, and he now has what i call his baby mullet. you really cant tell most of the time, seeing as he really spends most of the day on his back, so i think that i will leave it this way for a little while!



steves sister katie is in town this weekend, and we went to a park today to take some pictures of the family. here are a few shots.
