before i close out 2010...

here are a few last minute shots of our boys in december.

almost a month's worth of illness here has meant a quiet, stay-at-home kind of end to our otherwise busy year. but i suppose sometimes we need to be reminded to slow down a bit and just enjoy one another.

that said, i wouldn't mind if we were finished with sickness for a while.

here, i record the details of our days; the moments that remind me of the goodness of the creator as i learn to seek Him in all things and to see His glory all around.

when through the woods and forest glades i wander and hear the birds sing sweetly in the trees; when i look down from lofty mountain grandeur and hear the brook and feel the gentle breeze: then sings my soul, my Savior God, to Thee: how great Thou art, how great Thou art!
