because we love them...

(those need-to-kiss-them, oh-so-squishy cheeks, that is) and because there is just too little of him on the blog these days...

july will be the month of ezra (which must, of course be pronounced the same way as "the summer of george". all of you seinfeld fans know what i mean).

i am brittany. married to steve; mama to gabe, ezra, titus and jonah. we live in the poorest neighborhood of the nation's oldest city where we are learning to missionally live in community with our neighbors.

here, i record the details of our days; the moments that remind me of the goodness of the creator as i learn to seek Him in all things and to see His glory all around.

when through the woods and forest glades i wander and hear the birds sing sweetly in the trees; when i look down from lofty mountain grandeur and hear the brook and feel the gentle breeze: then sings my soul, my Savior God, to Thee: how great Thou art, how great Thou art!
