sweet titus:
:: has potty trained himself. i have always doubted people who have claimed that their child just woke up one day potty trained (because, really, after training two myself, i know that to be a myth!), but titus surprised us and just stopped wearing diapers one day. its been a few months, and it is sticking, so i am happy to say that it really does happen, and that out of three, i finally got one that was relatively easy to potty train!
:: never stops talking. today, i took him to the grocery store with me (a rare moment with just the two of us in the van) and there was not a moment of silence. with all of the little voices in our house, i guess i never stopped to consider just how often the voice i am hearing is his. he really is such a chatterbox (and just so funny!)
:: loves to ride bikes and scooters.
:: does everything (and i mean everything) the big boys do. they climb, he climbs. they run, he runs. they get a shot, he wants a shot (yes, that really is how it went down).
:: holds his own. he is definitely a boy with two energetic older brothers, and when push comes to shove... well he can do both (and kick and bite and pull hair, if need be). we certainly dont worry about him getting pushed around. he is feisty for such a little guy.
:: loves his baby brother. he hugs and kisses his "baby donah" all day (even if sometimes it is just an excuse to get close and snatch the pacifier from his mouth).
:: is such a fun, outgoing, brave little boy. it is so much fun being his mama!

:: likes to cuddle. at naptime, he wants someone to lay with him (and usually someone does as it makes that part of the day just so much easier). the other day, while i was laying with his arm around me, waiting for him to get sleepy, i felt him roll over and heard him whisper into my ear, "you my best friend. i love you." i mean, honestly!
:: whistles at people to get their attention. its not actually a whistle. its an incredibly high pitched, loud squeak made to look like a whistle (he even puts his finger to his lips when he does it). and even though it is so loud and high pitched, i dont mind because it really is one of the most funny things he does.
