our darling jonah:
:: has started some babbling... mostly mamamama when he is terribly sad. also when he is getting a good cry on (often in the car) he blows angry raspberries. it is sad. and a little hilarious.
:: is army crawling. and thinking about assuming crawling position. he is definitely content to play on the floor for most of the day.
:: is now eating a variety of baby foods in impressive quantities. he is surely the best eating six-month-old that we have had before. i have yet to find a food that he doesn't gobble up.
:: is such a happy and flexible guy. i can take him anywhere. and he just rolls with it. i love that about him.
:: is a mamas boy for sure. all i have to do is sit next to him (on the couch, in the bed... anywhere really) and he will fall asleep when he is tired. but without me, it is hit or miss. i really appreciate how special that is and will enjoy it while i can.
:: is ready to be one of the big boys. he watches them very closely and seems to know his place is running and playing with them.
:: weighs a little over 18.5 pounds (50th percentile) and is 28 inches long (90th percentile).

He doesn't do it much any more, but at 6 months Charlie was constantly blowing raspberries, especially when he was frustrated (and yes, usually in the car)! We thought it was pretty cute too. :)
