at seven months

sweet titus...

:: makes this face. a lot. it is his trademark face and i love it. and he knows it is hilarious.

:: says "mama" and "bubba" and seems to actually understand what they mean sometimes (and at other times, it is clear that he is just practicing using his voice). he also says what sounds like "hi" on occasion.

:: waves and shakes his head "no".

:: can army crawl all over the house. he also does the pre-crawl rock and picks his hand up and sets it down very deliberately. shouldn't be too long before he puts it all together and we have a crawler on our hands.

:: taught himself to go to sitting while i was not looking. i just turned around and there he was sitting up, playing on the floor. the tile floor. after i gasped and rushed over to him, i managed to regain my composure and come to terms with the fact that titus's boo boo free life has officially come to an end. welcome to the world of bumps and bruises, dear one.

:: is eating quite a few solid foods, but is by far our pickiest eater.

:: is always kicking his left foot up and down. it really never stops. even when he is playing on his belly on the floor, that foot is moving.

:: is definitely a very active baby. anyone that has held him will tell you that he really never stops moving and twisting and squirming. there are so many things in the world, and he wants to discover them all up close.

:: is incredibly loved by his brothers. gabe coos at him and is constantly telling him how precious he is. and ezra joins him on the floor throughout the day to demonstrate proper crawling technique. what fun those three have together!
