six years

there are no words. six seems far to large a number.  gabe is clever and smart and sensitive and everything wonderful. we are as in love with him as we were the day he was born and cannot imagine a life without him in it.

for his birthday (at the last minute as is our style), we threw together a party (at his request, for we do not do many parties).  instead of our original park party, since it was pouring rain, we converted the church office into a movie theater and had a popcorn bar and hot dogs and cake. it was perfect, actually.
